News Archive06-08-06 Updated Master Gene List - more entries added to BTB and UBox; three new E3 subfamilies (DDB, RBX1 and PHD) created. 06-08-06 Two new items on the menu: FAQs and Links. 03-27-06 New loaded TAIR6 entries merged to curated entries. 03-21-06 Arabidopsis new release (TAIR6) loaded. Search by keyword arabidopsis-genome6 to view all the affected entries in our database. Merging of the new information into our curated entries is in process. 03-01-06 Improved search. Clicking on the molecules in the above pathway returns more accurate results, and the links added next to the family names on the Master Gene List perform the same searches. Entries in sub-families of the F-box containing E3 family can be obtained by clicking on the corresponding names under the "F-Box Sub Family" column. 01-04-06 Added Published Results and Trees pages which currently include results of E3-Ring and E2 with respective trees. Lists of Arabidopsis Seeds and Clones sent to ABRC were also posted in the Published Results page. 01-04-06 Updated Master Gene List. Links to TAIR and PlantsUBQ added. 07-06-05 Updated E2 and E3-RING lists. 06-10-05 Arabidopsis new releases (TIGR, Version 5.0) has been loaded into our database. The corresponding protein features scan is coming soon. 04-22-05 Improved search. Results should be both more complete and better targeted to kinases. 04-06-05 PlantsUBQ is now running at Purdue University! 01-11-05 Updated annotation on Arabidopsis SUMO pathway: SUMO (Small Ubiquitin-like Modifier), SAE (E1), and SCE (E2) proteins 01-10-05 Updated annotation on Arabidopsis Ubiquitin and E1 proteins 01-07-05 Updated suggested reading list. More suggested readings would be welcome. 10-27-04 06-20-03 PlantsUBQ was presented at the 14th International Conference on Arabidopsis Research. 05-16-03 Ubiquitin, ubiquitin-like proteins (SUMO, RUB) and debubiquitinating enzymes were loaded into the database. 04-10-03 - 04-15-03 - PlantsUBQ was presented at the Keystone Symposium Plants Biology: Functions and Control of Cell Death. It got a good response and we received some useful feedback. 03-24-03 - E1, E2, and many E3 proteins have been entered into the PlantsUBQ database. Ubiquitin, ubiquitin-like proteins, and more E3 proteins will be entered soon. |
